edTPA Member Access

posted Jul 26, 2013, 7:10 AM by Jisu Ryu

email sent to edTPA coordinators 7/25/13 from Pearson and SCALE. Action required by August 1, 2013.

Dear edTPA coordinators,

Thank you for your continued support of edTPA as we transition to the new edTPA member website and member resources.

As the edTPA coordinator, your role is to approve access requests from individuals at your institution. We would like to remind you that the edTPA.aacte.org website and the password-protected materials in the Resource Library and the Online Community are designed to support faculty engagement with edTPA and to support their implementation efforts with candidates, cooperating teachers, and other stakeholders. Only faculty will have direct access to these materials from the website.

If your state or campus will be requiring candidates to submit portfolios for official scoring, note that there are additional materials at the edTPA.com website.  This site contains additional candidate support materials and information about edTPA registration, submission and scoring timelines.  In addition, this site contains contact information for candidates seeking technical assistance.

We appreciate your efforts to support candidates and faculty at your institution with edTPA. If you have any questions about the content of this email please contact edtpa@aacte.org.

A final note:  If your institution has not yet signed an IHE Agreement, please note that membership agreements are available for Dean's signature electronically upon log in to the Account Manager page. A signed membership agreement is required for continued access to the membership resources.

Thank you for your support of edTPA.
