The 2 represents those with 2-4 years of teaching experience. The 5 represents 5-7 years of experience. The 7 represents 7+ years of experience.

    What does this mean? This charts shows that on average, teacher candidates who completed the portfolio within the first 4 years of their teaching experience performed better than those who completed it with 7 or more years of teaching experience.
